VISION/MISSION
envisions a Society that is a
"pro-worker, a social
order where the basic legitimate
rights and welfare of the workers are
being recognized, respected, and
protected. The fulfillment of this
vision, however, depends primarily on
the workers themselves, through their
collective and concerted struggle for
reforms."
Yet it would
only be a reality if the workers
are Conscious about their basic
legal rights and have a high
level of education culturally,
socially, and politically. Based
on this framework, IDES
define its
mission as to; "Uplift the
political, social, and cultural
awareness of the workers, and provide
forms of services, which will redound
to the interest of the working
class."
goals and
objectives:

provide adequate basic labor
education, skill development
through seminars and
training's for the
development of workers.
- To

paralegal matters, monitoring
and evaluation of education
programs, CBA analysis,

issues and others.
- To
initiate Research to support
education and training work
as well as advocacy work.
- To
publish a quarterly
simplified newsletter to
provide an important tool for
leaders to participate in the
information build-up among
workers, within their local
