Research Experience

Work was concerned with the optimization of growth affecting parameters for mentioned Lactic strains, and to determine Antagonistic and Hypocholesterolemic properties of these strains.

The work was carried out under the effective guidance of Dr. B.K. Mital and Dr. Y.K. Jha, Professor, FST, GBPUA&T, Pantnagar. Thesis Research was submitted to the University in partial fulfillment of the Master's Degree in Food Technology.

In current profession of teaching, each year guiding about 10 M. Sc. students for their THESIS RESEARCH work at IFT with available resources. Students are also co-guided for their work at other Institutions of the country. Each Student is essentially required to submit this Thesis Research to the University in partial fulfillment of the Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology.
