When he was born, he was unusually small, and the nurses thought he wouldn't live past his 1st birthday. He is Hop's twin brother. He rides a ball, and lacks walking skills. Land Ruled: Ice Land Hobbies: Playing tricks on his siblings, hanging out with Hop, playing video games now and then, ruling over Ice Land.
