Born at Sanadag-Iran on 23rd July 1970. Completed his secondary education from Public School at Rasst Iran, and higher Secondary from Government College at Shiraz. and, did his Graduation in Civil Engineering from University of Shiraz-Iran.
Selected Engineering trade as carrier and joined Government of Iran to step in the trade as Civil Engineer. Got rapid promotions and worked as the Assistant Minister for Water and Power of Iran. Born with a cooperative and helping nature Engineer Farshad never left any occasion to help the needy up to his best abilities.
Resigned from Government position in 1996 and repatriated to Dubai-UAE. Established his own travel business in 1997 and started participating actively in Human welfare.
In his Government service Mr. Farshad  represented Govt of Iran and visited many counties and headed the High-level delegations of Iranian Government many time , and dealt successfully some business and official collaboration.Being highly influenced in political, diplomatic, beaurocratic, and high government official circle Engineer Farshad helped thousands of people / Families, always helping the youth to get jobs, Almighty Allah give him hart like pearl to serve mankind, to help  the friends and needy.
Engineer Farshad Haghdadi was selected as Special Representative of International Human Rights Commission for Islamic Republic of Iran in 1998 and considering his dedication to his post the Honourable World Chairman Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan Promoted as the Vice Chairman for Asia in June 2000.
Honourable Engineer Farshad Haghdadi was appointed as the Ambassador of International Human Rights Commission for Middle East in Jun 2001 by the order of Excellency World Chairman.
The World Chairman International Human Rights Commission Excellency Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan during his official Visit to United States and Canada announced major changing's in the management of Commission and appointed Ambassador Farshad as Acting Chief of Staff of the Commission with his Secretariat at Dubai from 10th of March 2002. He is also responsible for the management of World Chairman Secretariat at Dubai.

IHRC World  Chairman appoints him as the First Vice Chairman for the affairs of IHRC Chief from 1st March,2005
