| The International Human Rights Commission's observers are on the duty to observe National Election 2002 in Pakistan in whole country. REFRENDUM 2002 30th April 2002-Karcahi, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan and IHRC monitors observed the Refrendum 2002. The IHRC feel satisfaction on the arrangement made by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to conduct the referendum 2002.We observed the pooling and there was very slow voting , people were not interested to cast their votes. The results given by the ECP are unbelievable. The International Human Rights Commission declaring the Referendum 2002 unfair and unconstitutional as per the International Standard. We found vote casting percentage 15% of registered and 36% unregistered voters in Pakistan. |
