Syed M. Murtaza Shah was born at Khairpur (Pak) on 01-05-1960. He completed his Secondary Education from a Govt. Naz Pilot Secondary School Khairpur. He did his graduation in 1st class from University of Sindh in 1981, and had his post graduation in International Relations from University of Karachi in 1984 and law graduation from Govt, Law College Khairpur, which is affiliated with Shah Latif University Khairpur in 1992. |
During initial years of his career he worked in Pakistan steel on Executive posts and he did his experience in Transport ,Marketing and Administration where he was dealing with Public / Labour. After law Graduation he was attached with the chamber of a senior lawyer at Khairpur. |
Syed M. Murtaza shah has written many Articles on various national, International and Human Rights concerned issue in daily news papers and monthly Magazines for a number of years. |
Mr. Shah never left any event to help the needy and deprived peoples, he is a person of cooperative sympathetic and helping nature, and very sensitive especially on the question of humanity and violation of human Rights. Every time his services are reserved for human being. |
Syed M. Murtaza Shah was appointed and designated by Honourable Dr. Shahid Amin Khan ,World Chairman of IHRC as Adviser to the World Chairman in Jan. 1999. He was promoted and designated as Director General I.T. in June 2000 by the World Chairman of International Human Rights Commission. As on 10th of October 2004, he was promoted as the Acting Chief of Staff of the Commission by the orders of IHRC Chief. IHRC Chief during his official visit to Islamic Republic of Iran in April 2005 announced the peromotions and changings in the management of commission and Syed Murtaza Shah promoted as the full time Chief of Staff of IHRC with the status of Ambassador and IHRC Chief Special Envoy for Political Affairs. Ambassador Syed Murtaza Shah Rizvi assisted the H.E. World Chairman IHRC in his visit to Iran 2nd April to 2nd May 2005 and hold meeting with the Ambassadors of Geogia, Egypt, Syria, and Ireland. |
