a firm pillow placed on a bed is of suitable design for prolonged episodes of violence, or if you seek a more satisfying violent outlet, purchase a rather large beef roast, take it home, and under sterile conditions, proceed to beat it with your fists, or any other objects at hand. You may also wish to poke it or stab it repeatedly. When you are done, season it well, and cook it (a crock pot is best!). Now you have relieved your rage and fed your family a nice tender roast!
Yes, I agree that it is very annoying when someone wastes time on something that most people can probably figure out for themselves. However, there are people, in a class by themselves (clueless-but-willing-to-learn) who would gain valuable education from the above website. While these C-B-W-T-L's ALSO try our patience, there is HOPE for them, and as such, we should put up with the various means by which they are educated.
