Hi Guys,

I just came to US this summer, and you might find these tips useful:

* Apply your visa thru USEFI only

this is so important that writing it 10 times might not be enough!

You have to be their member to use this service.

USEFI will tell you the docs etc, but to highlight some:

* USD draft for the first year's tuition (less any aid, as shown your I20)

* Bank statement showing funds for first yr living expenses

* Bank statements should show that these funds have been there for some time
(not just put yesterday!).

It is also useful to attend USEFI's information sessions.
