a-) I have done Master in Physics from Government College Lahore (Punjab University) Pakistan. Master is a two years program based on course work, with six months research work. During the research work I prepared and studied the electrical properties CdTe thin films.

b-) I have done M. Phil in Material Physics from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad Pakistan. M. Phil is two years study program, one-year course work and one year research work. During one-year of research work I have studied the magnetic properties of YBaCuO superconducting thin films. I am co-author of a Research Publication based on my research work.

c-) I joined " International Master Program" in 1999, in Material Physics at Linköping University, Sweden. I did Master's research work in the field of polymer based solar-cells. We used different techniques for characterization of devices like, PL, Absorption Spectrum, I-V, and Atomic Force Microscopy. I am also a co-author of a research publication in this field.

d-) I have started Ph.D. study at University of Ulster, UK in Dec. 2000. Our aim is to study the Electrical and Optical Properties of Diamond-like Carbon, which is used as an insulator material in hard disc of computer. Seagate Company supports this project, which is interested to use it as dielectric material in the hard disc of computer.
