Any IJRA girl member in kindergarten through seventh grade in good standing is eligible to participate in the IJRA Princess Pageant.  There are six judged activities in the Princess Pageant including modeling; a five-minute personal interview; a two minute prepared speech on on of the following topics: What is good sportsmanship and horsemanship?; Rodeo from my horses perspective; If I were the IJRA Princess...; an impromptu question; a 50-question exam on the IJRA Rulebook; and two predetermined horsemanship patterns.  Personality and appearance are judged throughout the entire competition.  The congeniality portion of the pageant is voted on by the judges and the contestants. This is a Great event that both the Girls and the Parents enjoy.

The 2010 Princess Pageant will be held on Friday, July 10, 2009 at Rawlings 4 Rocks Arena Hopedale, Illinois.  Contestant entry form deadline is yet to be determined.
We wish the Best of Luck to all the girls stepping up to compete in this event.  You will truly enjoy this experience.  Plus we have Great prizes lined up for all contestants.  We look forward to working with you.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
