Sunday December 16, during Geminidis, our team IQ0HL/0, callsign of my A.R.I. section ALTO LAZIO, has been QRV from JN51XX in JT6M Meteor Scatter and SSB/CW Tropo for FIRST TIME ON 70 MHz !!
Operators: IK0IXI, I0LYO, IK0LZR for 4m.
Guest operators: IW0FFK, IK0SMG for 2m Random MS as IW0FFK/0
Equipment: 4 el. Yagi (I0LYO-IK0LZR) and Homebrewed 70 MHz Transverter (IK0IXI). IF radio: JRC JST-135 (IK0IXI).

Unfortunaltely, due to strong wind and severe cold (-2 °C), our outdoor operations stopped at 12.20z. We apologyze with no worked 4m friends and 6m X-Band ops. Next year a 6m operation (or 4m if permit again) will be on air, Stay tuned !
