Amaretto Splash of 151 Proof Rum 1/2 oz. Chocolate Milk In large shot glass, put milk on bottom then add the amaretto and the chocolate liqueur. Layer the rum on top. Light. Romulan Ale (Non-Alcoholic Version) 3/8 pint of Sunkist Sparkling lemonade 1/2 tsp. of lemon flavoring 1/2 tsp. of banana flavoring or 1/4 tsp. of orange flavoring Drop of blue coloring Black Hole 3/4 oz Kahlua 1 1/2 oz. Vodka Dash Lemon Juice Twist of Lemon Peel Combine coffee liqueur, vodka, and lemon juice in a square shaped tumbler. Add a twist of lemon peel, stir, and serve. May need ice. Finagle's Folly 1oz Scotch 1oz Vodka 1oz Bourbon 1oz Gin 1 tsp. Bartender's Syrup dash Orange Bitters dash Angostura Bitters Shake with cracked ice, pour into tall glass. Klingon Disrupter 1/3 oz. Lime Juice 1 tsp. Cherry Brandy Crushed Ice In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, and lime juice. Shake well. Curacao Fill with Lemon Lime soda Place the drinks in order, into the glass. A beer mug is a good sized glass. Look at it from the top, it should appear green. From the bottom, it should look brown. May not look appetizing but it's real good. If it only looks green, don't panic, still the same drink. Xenexian Eye 1 Part Vodka 1 Part Blue Curacao 2 Parts Orange Juice Fill a glass with ice, layer the Finlandia Vodka and orange juice, stir slightly, and float the Blue Curacao on top. Garnish with apple slice and a green cocktail cherry. Ferengi Scorpion 1 measure Jack Daniels 1 measure Vodka 2 dashes Blue Curacao fill with 7-Up Mix Jack Daniels, vodka, blue curacao and ice cubes in cocktail shaker. Amaretto 2 cl. Rum 4 cl. Blue Curacao fill Pineapple Juice 1 Pineapple Wedge Pour the blue curacao in the glass. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake amaretto, rum, and pineapple juice. Strawberry juice Mix and serve cold. Vulcan Blood 1 shot Blue Curacao 1 can Orange Juice 1 shot Vodka Mix blue curaco and vodka. Top off with orange juice. Mix well and serve over ice. Preferable 8 oz. glass for drink. Klingon Blood Wine 1 oz. Tequila 1 oz. Spiced Rum 1 dash Grenadine 2 dashes Tabasco® Sauce fill Cranberry juice Start with ice filled beer mug. Add Tabasco first. Shake twice, a bad blend is terrible! Warp Core Breach 1/2 oz Goldschlager 1/2 oz Tequila 1/2 oz Jack Daniels Put 1/2 ounce of Goldschlager in 1 1/2 ounce shot glass. Then put Tequila on top followed by Jack Daniels. Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster #1 1 oz. Jack Daniels 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao Fill the glass, mug or whatever about 3/4 with ice. Then, add the J.D., Schnapps and Curacao. Fill up the rest of the glass with orange juice, and stir. Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster #2 1 oz. Vodka 1 oz. Rum 1 oz. Gin 1 oz. Brandy 6 oz. Lemon Lime soda Mix all ingredients together and pour over ice if desired. DRINK WITH CAUTION!!! Rocket Fuel 2 Parts Vodka 1 Part Triple Sec 1 Part Rum 1 Part Gin 1 Part Tequila Put as much of each as you want into a highball glass. Top up with lemonade. Add ice if you feel it needs cooling or watering down. Saurian Brandy 1/4 cup grated Orange rind 1 pint 100 proof Vodka 1 cup Sugar 2/3 cup grade "A" Maple syrup Put orange rind in a half-pint jar with 1/4 cup vodka. Seal it and shake occasionally. Let it steep overnight. Pour sugar and 1 2/3 cups vodka into a 28 ounce bottle. Seal it and shake until all the sugar is dissolved, then add the maple syrup. -- Filter the orange extract through a fine handkerchief or coffee filter until it becomes clear. -- Add a tablespoon of the final extract to the vodka syrup mixture and mix well. If your orange peels are much more or less aromatic than average, adjust the quantity so that you have enough to hide the maple flavor, without having enough to make the liqueur bitter or recognizably orange flavored. |
