Here's a basic Event Calendar of car shows and other events in the state of Illinois (does not cover all shows there are) - list derived from MCI's List

TENTATIVELY THESE ARE POTENTIAL EVENTS TO GET TOGETHER AT:

JULY 6/7th - Peoria - Cops for Kids show
and maybe also SUPER CHEVY INDY (11th-14th) - Monte Carlo Pix from the show

AUGUST 10th - Joliet - SUPER CHEVY JOLIET (9th-11th) - Monte Carlo Pix coming soon
August 17th - Peoria - Dyno Day and Car Show @ R&T Unlimited (contact Matt Urbanc for more info or if planning to attend)

August 24th - Weldon - Weldon car show ;-)

SEPTEMBER 7th - Springfield - Valco Cruise for Charity - IL Sec of State show (register to show us as a club???)
September 21/22 - Jacksonville - Jacksonville Cruise Night Weekend (21st/22nd)
September 27-29 - Springfield - Abe's Rod Run/International Rt 66 Mother Road Festival (would register us to show as a club, but it costs $25 per vehicle to enter!)

OCTOBER 12th - Bloomington - Twin Cities Cruisers - Toys R Us Cruise Night - 5:30-9:00pm
