Piper Halliwell was the middle child. After her older sister, Prue, died she became the oldest and now carries the responsibilities of the family. Piper's love life got off to a bad start. Her first serious boyfriend turned out to be a Warlock named Jeremy. Then she fell for a ghost name Mark. She met Leo, their handyman, and soon fell for him but unfortunately he left. After a long time she dated Josh a college graduate. Soon after they were dating he got offered a better job and he left too. Then came Dan, the hunky neighbour, who soon became irrisistable to Piper's charm. Leo came back through season 2. Although she was with Dan she always knew that Leo was the man for her. They decided to get married in season 3. Piper is now pregnant with their first child and has to rely on the help of others now that she is pregnant.
Phoebe Halliwell was the youngest sister. After Prue died she took over Piper's role as the middle child. During season 2 and 3 Phoebe went back to college and got a degree in psychology. In season 2 she met Cole Turner. She dated him for a while until she found out his secret. He was the demon, Belthazor, the one that had been trying to kill them for months. She pretended to vanquish him and then she helped him to suppress his demon half. They got married in season 4. The Seer helped Cole become the source and at the end of season 4 The Charmed Ones had to vanquish him. Phoebe was pregnant with his son who was also evil and later in season 4 the seer stole phoebe's unborn baby to become the Source herself. Within a month Phoebe had lost her husband and her son.
Paige Matthews is the sister's half sister. She is a half witch and half whitelighter. She came into it at the beginning of season 4. She attended Prue's funeral because she felt drawn to her, to all the sisters. Later in that episode Piper and Phoebe find out that she is their half sister. She was always suspicious of Cole and his demon ways and she turned out to be right. At the end of season 4 she was most reluctant to give up her powers to the angel of destiny. She then got promoted to social worker, but then quit to dedicate her life to the craft. Paige has a new love interest, Richard Montana. She helped end his family's feud. She eventually moves in with him. Will there be wedding bells?
Leo started out as the girls handyman. They did not know he was a whitelighter until the end of season 1. Leo left at the end of season 1 and came back for Piper in season 2. But she was with Dan. Throughout season 2 Leo had become temporarily mortal and he fought agaisnt Dan for Piper's love. Towards the end of season 2 Piper and Leo got together. They then got married in season 3 and now have a baby on the way since season 4. Leo has now been promoted to an Elder after he saved them from the Titans, leaving Piper to raise Wyatt by herself. Leo does not get on with Chris, as he suspects he is the one that trapped him in Valhalla (which he did).
THE CHARACTERS
Chris Perry came into it at the end of season five when he came into the manor claimed to be a whitelighter from the future.  It was at the very end of season 5 when he revealed what her was really like when he banished Leo to the land of Valhalla. The girls have not yet discovered his secret, whatever it may be, but lets hope they do soon or they could be in trouble. As the series moves forward, more about Chris is revealed. He is very anxious to help Wyatt and he is trying to get Piper and Leo back together. He does this because he is Wyatt's younger brother. He NEEDS Piper and Leo to get back together otherwise he will disappear forever.
What was born into Charmed in the middle of season 5. He is the magical son of Piper and Leo. Leo has now been promoted to Elder and Piper is feeling the strain of being a single mother. She realises their son needs the full love and support of two parents. Wyatt has soon powers like thought projection and orbing but he hasn't gained the full control over them yet. Wyatt has shown progression in his powers. He conjured a dragon from a tv show and he scares off Piper's dates by making his eyes glow orbs.
