Instead she tries constantly to perform at the Tropicana where he works, and make life comically frantic in the apartment building they share with friends/landlords Fred and Ethel Mertz. "I Love Lucy" was the first major show to be put on film rather than kinescope. This show was a favorite of mine and I try to catch it when I can. You can watch it on Nick at Night. |
