| Gossip from the Notting HIll and Camden shoes Well, I don't want to sound like a scary stalker, but I STILL heart the Hotwires!!! THe show at the Monarch was good, I didn't get to speak to the band because I think they were packing up their equipment, but I did get to buy an EP. I don't have a record player, but I got tracy's dad to tape it for me. It is great!!!! Notting Hill Arts Club Yeeeahhhhhhhh!!! I got to speak to Billy Nameless at last!!! I told him that his band were great and how much I loved them. He looked a bit surprised but I was so excited I almost spilled my drink (it had ABSINTHE in it!). I was a bit drunk, but spotted Kriss and Cherry leaping about on the dancefloor later. I think they may have been drunk too!!! I am determined to become a proper punk. My mum won't let me dye my hair, but i have a packet of black hair dye that I am going to try out soon! I also heard that the band are going to be on a new compilation. They have recorded two new songs! But I haven't heard them yet. Wish they'd hurry up and put them on CD (YES! CD! I don't have a record player, Hotwires!i know that isn't punk, sorry! I am working on saving to get one.) They will be great I'm sure!! I have now made some badges saying I heart the hotwires. I will take them to the Buffallo Bars show. I missed the show in the record shop Shake Some Action in Croydion because I was working. Boo! I read some stuff on it on the band's webstie and it sounded great. This is my first show of the band I've missed. I am sorry Hotwires!! It won't happen again!! Gossip from Jan 16 show (do they only play shows on the 16th or WHAT?!!!) The Hotwires played the rock 'n' roll club on Oxford Street. Don't know why it was called the rock 'n' roll club, they just seemed to play old punk to me. But there you go. The band were ACE!!!!!!!!! Billy N was cool as fuck, as always. And so were Harry and Kriss. They played most the same songs they did last time, only not my favourite 'I Am Crime'. Don't know why. Cherry was posing all over the place and hit some guy who looked a bit moody about it. Serves her right for being violent. There were a lot of people there, and we all screamed for more and stuff. There was some girl taking pictures. I forgot my camera. Boo! If you took pictures, EMAIL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to find out if the boys all have girlfriends. They were hanging around with some foxy chicks so I guess they do. Damn! I went up to try and speak to Kriss and Harry, but they were packing up. I did steal a set list though. I also snogged some guy who was DJing. He had blonde hair and was kind of skinny. I don't think the band liked him much. I saw Cherry take out a marker pen and deface posters for his club. If it was you EMAIL ME!!!!!!!! Gossip from November 16 show. The band were dressed all in red and black. They looked pretty damn cool. Cherry had a cowboy hat and a big new tattoo. They didn't have any of their EPs for sale yet, but there was a notice up saying they would be in Rough Trade. COME ON HOTWIRES! We want them in Woolies! Think of your fans!
