The International Coordinating Committee (ICC) is now ready to receive through the General Secretariat the application of any mass organization to become a participating organization of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS) and join the ranks of those participating organizations represented by delegations in the First International Assembly of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle.
