Materials  Chenelle yarn Lion brand
Steel crochet hook size 00

Beginning at top edge ch 21 to measure 4 1/4"
Row 1  Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across  20sc.   Ch 1 turn each row
Row 2-8 Sc in each sc across.
Row 9 Sl st in each sc across.
Row 10 Sc in each sl st across.
Row 11  Sc in each sc till piece measures  4" from top edge.
Ruffle

Row 1 2 Dc  in each sc across ch 1 turn
Row 2 *Dc in next Dc, 2 DC in next Dc, repeat from * across
Row 3 Repeat row 2.
Row 4-5 Dc in each Dc.
break off leaving a long piece to sew seam up back.
Tac the first few rows of bodice between bust area to draw down the center.
