Leaders
					There only can be four leaders.  They run everything.  They way they are listed in order indicates who has more authority.  Captains are able to hold tryouts, run the clan when a leader isn't around, and can boot people only with the leader's permission.  Lts. can hold tryouts, give suggestions, and whatever.  Cadets can't hold tryouts.  They are the new people that need to prove themselves.  Cadets may also be the clan members that are not very good clan members.
