                            Alec is the brains in the C-project.  That is why he is important to Kagami.  However, I believe that he will know some secrets to Kagami's past.  He is really nice actually.  Because he is not evil, he feels really bad about what this C-project has done to Aya, Tooya and everyone else.  He even saved Aya and Tooya in Volume 10. His voice is done by fy's Chichiri. "no da"
