Posted by David Stewart. I have had dealings with Imperial Consolidated for a number of years, and recently won a New Zealand High Court decision against them.

We wish to acknowledge the excellent efforts of David Marchant at OffshoreBusiness in collecting and posting a huge amount of valuable information about these companies and people, and for exposing their activities to the World. Use his services for due diligence next time, and hopefully there will be no more Imperial Consolidated stories or any of us.
