Rick and I bought our first bulldog (Thunder) in 1987 out of an ad
in the first newspaper we picked up, and we bought the first puppy that ran
up to us. We never intended on showing but after attending our first puppy
match we were hooked. We took winners dog at the first two shows we took
Thunder to. He ended up being "CH. Imperious Rex Franz" (Thunder). I do not
recommend following in our footsteps. We lucked out.
We finished several Champions but did not develop a breeding program
until we purchased CH. Jaylou's Major Max (Pictured above). Max is our Hall of Fame Producer.
He passed away, but is the foundation behind all of our top winning dogs of
today.
We have had some great moments in this breed, but we would have to
say that the grandest highlight would have to be the BCA Nationals in Cromwell, Conn.,
when my husband, Rick, owner and breeder, handled our CH. Imperious Bulwick
Bella of Wise to a BOS (Pictured above). He is still flying high.
We our active members to the Bulldog Club of America. I held a board position for
the Bulldog Club of Metropolitan Atlanta and the BCA Div.8, and my husband is a councelor for Div. 8. We
hold our positions with honor.
We are truly dedicated to the welfare of the breed and would do
anything to protect them. We love our dogs and we are very proud of their
accomplishments. We hope you enjoy looking at them as much as we do. If you
have any questions or if we can be of help in any way do not hesitate to
call us.
