Company ProfileIMS began as a collective of experienced individuals, each with their own special skills and backgrounds. It soon proved that the sum total of their experiences and abilities was well beyond what was possible individually. Brad Beach, co-owner & design build fabricator has owned a successful equipment repair and fabrication business in Arlington, Ohio for many years. Brad is also the area Cub Cadet sales and warranty service center. You can find out more about Brad and his company Innovative Mechanical Solutions, Inc. at www.imsweld.com. Brad works closely with co-owner Bob Buntin in design build engineering. Bob Buntin, co-owner, handles the administrative needs and assists in the design build engineering. He has been involved in the commercial construction industry for over 20 years. Much of this was in the electrical field and working with structural steel building fabrication. Bob spent much of his youth on the shores of Lake Erie getting first hand experience of what was truly needed in the docking industry. Bob also has 15 years in the safety & health field and still serves many clients as a part time OSHA compliance consultant. With this background, safety is engineered into every IMS product. "Big" Bud Notestine, co-owner and VP of sales, rounds out the founding trio. Bud will most likely be the first contact you have with Innovative Marine Systems. Bud is an experienced and avid boater. As a "North Coast" native, he also possesses a keen awareness of the dockage needs of boating. Bud provides an additional insight into the engineering of our custom design fabricated products.
