Watkinson - Stav
Stav is a Ancient - Mind - Body - Spirit - System. Which has been practiced /australianstav in Norwegian Ivar Hafskjolds family for many generations. Dave Watkinson was one of four students chosen by Ivar Hafskjold to be trained up to master level. Watkinson - Stav places emphasis on the Martial aspect of Stav. Using minimum movement and
strength very effective defensive moves can be performed against aggressors. Close quarter unarmed defensive techniques against a variety of weapons is taught. Registered and Insured Instructors.
Itinerary: 10th May Walwa, 19th 20th May Albury /Wodonga, 1st-18th June Geelong, June Canberra,27th June- 7th July Sydney, July Walwa.
