I am an art history student. I would like to open a gallery one day to give exposure to up and coming contemporary artists. My favorite artist would have to be Salvador Dali. Oh, and my mom. My mom paints and sculpts in her free time, and she's really good.
I have two tattoos. One is a Celtic design around my right ankle. The other is on my left shoulder blade, and it is a faery. My brother, Aaron, designed both tattoos--he's a professional tattoo artist, and he's very good at it.
My favorite authors are Maya Angelou and Kahlil Gibran, but my favorite book is Fall On Your Knees by Ann Marie MacDonald, a Canadian author. Another favorite book of mine is the Tibetan Book of the Dead--my mother is a Buddhist and got me interested in Buddhist philosophy. She used to be a Hippie, too, when she was younger. There are some really funny old pictures of her. I am not a Buddhist, and I am not a Hippie.
My dad is Irish and my mother is half-English and half-Spanish. I went to Ireland with my dad three years ago. It's very beautiful there, and I would like to go again. Speaking of traveling, it's something that I really love to do. I've travelled a lot with my family, and I used to want to go mountain climbing in Africa. That was my big dream. I suppose that's pretty much impossible now.
If we were to ever go out to dinner, and I got to pick the restuarant, we would go to either an Italian one or a Chinese one. Italian and Chinese foods are my fave.
I listen to Tori Amos, the Cure, Nine Inch Nails, Hayden, Fiona Apple, Ben Harper, Orbital, William Orbit, Bauhaus, The Damned, and many, many more. Music is very important to me. Check out my links section to find out more about some of these musicians.
I used to work in a record store. We thought we were like the gang in Empire Records. If you have not seen that movie, go rent it, it's funny. Speaking of movies, my favorite would have to be The Nightmare Before Christmas. Tim Burton is a genius.

My favorite drink is a Chocolate Martini. Yummy! I also like good Chardonnay.
I love oceans. I miss living by an ocean. I also hate cold weather, and winter. Summer is my favorite time of year. Everything seems much happier and brighter. However, in the wintertime, I used to snowboard. Wuz fun...
My friends call me Gimp Spice. And Quad Spice. They don't mean it in a mean way. I think it's funny. My best friend, Angela, was the one who started calling me that. We became friends in Second Grade because we had almost the same name, LOL.
I'm a pretty nice person, and I'm really outgoing. I don't have any enemies that I know of. Generally, I'm also optimistic, though there are days when I'm a bitch--but who ever said being a bitch is a bad thing? LOL!
