Kent State University Press has released a new book about the 32nd Indiana Infantry entitled: August Willich's Gallant Dutchmen: Civil War Letters from the 32nd Indiana Infantry. The book contains a unique collection of letters written by several officers and men of Indiana's highly acclaimed 1st German Indiana Regiment.
The letters were of translated and edited by Joseph R. Reinhart.
