Recipe of the Week
SOUTHERN PECAN PIE
1 cup white karo sirup
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 stick of butter
Mix together and bring to a boil.

2 1/2 cups chopped nuts
3 eggs beaten
Mix together in a bowl.

Pour hot mixture slowly while stirring over the pecans and eggs. 
"COOL" and then pour into 2 unbaked pie crust.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Cool before slicing. Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream.

      Old Fashion Fruitcake
2 Sticks of Butter
2 cups of Sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose Flour
8 eggs

2 qts chopped pecans
