| Indipendent records was started by two teenagers who loved to play with music and rap on there way to school, so they decided to start saving up ther money to get some equitment. Aaron was the first one to buy some thing it was a radio shack sterio mixer in which he hooked up his cd player and sony playstation up to it and thats the first time either one has mixed, and before they knew it they had mixed all ther cd's and tapes. But then Aaron got a hold of a tape recorder and started to make small tapes for his friends and thats when they started to make songs with used instrumentals. Aaron and Rob started to go over to Aaron's mother-in-law's house and using her computer to make beats on a program called acid. And thats when they both decided thats what they wainted to do as a profeshin. Aaron then got a set of turn tabels and a keyboard. then they made song's with everyone in the neighborhood. Rob Then Got a set of turn tables, a drum machine, and digital recorder, and Aaron got a compaq laptop. So now they both have small studio's, then another rapper and studio owner gave Aaron and Rob an offer. To put all our equitment together in his basement wher he had a studio setup with a studio room and sound room, but just a lack of equitment. It seemed like a smart investment with an agrement that any of us can go down ther at any time 24/7. They grew into a tight group of four Aaron H, Rob, A.c., and Mike M. working everyday for a good two mounths. Then one day no one could get a hold of A.C. whose mother's house held the studio in the basement. His mother then told us that he had left and went to philie. Without leting us know so we could get our equitment out. so then where stuck with no music tools and none of the songs or any of the minidisk our tracks where on. After talking to A.C. on the phone he told his mom we where coming over to get our stuff. and after that we never trusted A.c. agein. Shortly after Aaron and the mother of his children split up and he moved in with Rob and his girlfriend where they had all there equitment back together for the ultimete home studio. They where both jobless and had day long recording sesions with newer rapers from around town but mainly Mike M.(who was crushed in a freestyle and moved away) and bleach(kevin F.). Then still not putting out a cd just alot of mix tape's, Aaron and his girlfriend(mother of his kids) decided to move to denver so they could find better jobs and move closer to Aaron's family. promising to fly Rob and his girlfriend out still has not done so and the saga countinues................. |
