What follows is a chronicle of my journey to comprise my own Indiana Jones outfit.  I have been building my own set of Indy Gear since the release of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade when I was only 11 years old.  I have been an Indiana Jones fan since seeing Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1982.

This website also documents the places around the world that I have been and some that I want to travel to, or as I like to call it; "red lining it to".  It is my hope that this small bit of cyberspace will gradually become a definitive chronicle of my travel experiences, gear stories, and some of my more colorful adventures.  To all of you out there who maintain a sense of adventure when traveling, I salute you.  Always remember to hold onto your hat!
My thanks and greetings go out to MK, Patterson, Sergei, Rundquist, Dan, 30yr. old Indy (who is responsible for motivating me to slam this page together), Austin Powers, the five men who have supplied me with the best of my gear, Mr. Noel Howard, Mr. Joe Peters Jr., Mr. Peter Botwright, Mr, David Morgan, and finally Charles French, my grandfather, who taught me how to use the bullwhip.  To everyone else on the IndyGear forum that has helped me in the past who I may have forgotten to mention, thanks for everything.
I hope you enjoy this site and possibly come away with a better understanding of some places that I describe through first-hand experience.  If this web site helps you to learn or discover something new in any way, then I have done my job.
Any comments, questions, or useful bits of info?  E-mail me at mdfrenchij@yahoo.com. Thanks.
