ELF - Lots of information and resources here, mainly on Sindarin. Peruse their Resources section and you'll find many items to help you learn. Arwen Undomiel - This site mainly focuses on Arwen, but has many pictures of all the LOTR characters and is a well-developed community. High Eldar - Small site with a Quenyan poem and some interesting work done on it. Something interesting to check out.
