Your army may include Plague Rats if you have at least 1 unit of Plauge Monks. Since Clan Pestilens returned the skaven have been spreading the plauge and red pox etc... in the Old World and they have been doing it with these little rats that are truly deadly...

Special Rules:
Diseases: The player may decide which disease the rats are infected with:
The Red Pox: Only humans are infected any human with in 15" of the rat must make a single Toughness test or they die. If a Bretonnian unit is within 10" of the unit infected they must make a leadership test or they will flee.
The Black Plauge: Affects all but those who walk with a Chaos or Skaven. A unit within 1D3" of the rats must pass a toughness roll or die. If the unit dies the plauge will spread to another unit with in 2" and so on. If the unit survives they must pass a Ld test or flee as must any other unit of the same race with in 1D6".
The Gut Buster: Works as the Red Pox but only on greenskins.
The Death: Works on all races. A unit within 2" of the rats is treated as if they were hit by the Spell "Plauge". Any other unit with in 5" of them must pass a Ld Test or they will flee.
Special Rules for the Rats
Hatred: If they are fighting another unit, the other unit Hates the rats.
Hide: The unit may be deployed anywhere on the battle field outside the enemy's deployment zone.
