Rubinia is a sorcerer of some power. She is fragile but she is gifted with strange disturbing powers . She sings on the chords of others souls. It is said that if she wanted she could rule the World, but that is untrue. Every time she Soulsings she must draw upon the Winds of Magic or her body will fail her. It takes enormous amounts of power to use the Soulsong.

Soulsong
Rubinia may soulsing any enemy character. They will do anything
she wants them to, not killing themselves though. Heroes and others will
never attack their leader/king/master/warlord. Vlad von Carstein would
never attack Isabella and the other way around. No Bretonnian character
would ever harm Morgiana Le Fay. But all others may be soulsung. This costs
her 3 powercards or one Wound.
