Yoda does not like cats -- woe unto the cat who strays into our yard when Yoda's outside. On this particular day, the neighbor's cat decided to take a stroll through our backyard and ended up getting chased into the treehouse. Ever vigilant, Yoda assumed guard-dog stance and would not let the cat out of his sight.

He continued to keep the cat trapped in the treehouse, by circling around and around the tree repeatedly. Still pictures unfortunately don't quite capture this adventure as Yoda would leap in the air requently trying to get up to where the cat was :::whimper whimper whine whine::: Major frustration for an excited cattledog :-)

One thing you can say for Yoda -- he's persistent. He was gonna watch that tree forever, if that's how long it took for the cat to come within nipping range.

Alas, I put an end to his frustration by calling him back into the house, giving the cat the opportunity to escape unscathed.
