One More Page...For My Husband
For My Dearest Patrick,
I just wanted to tell you how much I love you and appreciate you. We have been through a very tough year, but we made it - together. You have been my rock and my pillar of strength through all of this and I want to say thank you. Thank you for being my husband, my love, my soul mate, my companion and my friend. Thank you for being there in the hospital and for doing all the things you did for me. I know it wasn't easy for you, to work and take care of me and worry about me and the boys. You were so strong through it all.
You are a great husband and an awesome dad. When I see you with Evan, my heart melts. You are so good with him and you have so much love for him. We couldn't ask for anymore than you give. I know that you will be a great role model for him and I can't wait to see you do all the "dad" things with him.
There is only one thing missing from our lives, and that is our baby boy Colin. I know he is watching over us each and every day. I know he is so proud to have you as his dad. He watches you with Evan and knows that you are always thinking of him. Just remember, he is in a much better place and he is waiting for us. We will be reunited as a family again someday.
I love you with all of my heart and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you. Thank you for all you do to make this world a better place for us. Most of all, thank you for being you!!
