InnerAsia Travel Thailand 1993 |
Near Patpong. Thailanders are a gentle people. Today, Thailand fares better than RP in terms of the number of tourists visiting the country. *sigh* But this was avery short visit. Stayed at the Marriot or was it the Merridien Hotel? Shucks. Short memory. |
The Temples. I didn't bother to catch the name of the place. Too long to note. But the walls, roof, railings, etc. are made of chips of gold. It took lots of time for the folks to build them. That's how long Manila's potholes and roads get fixed, too! LOL. |
The tiger wth moi and my twin sis. I thought it was a stuffed toy because it didn't budge. I didn't get pictures of me with an orangutan, when it bit my back pocket. But I shook its hand and saw the eyes of God when the playful mammal looked at me:-) Me long-lost brother! I also forgot to scan pics of the crocodile farm. Never saw so much crocs in my life. What do the caretakers do with them? They put their heads inside the croc's mouth. Lunch! |
With my father and the elephants in some zoo. I also rode the camel but my father didn't like the idea of holding the rein. He said, "Only slaves lead camels with a rider on it." LOL. |
In a museum that showcases prehistoric creatures, including the bat behind me. Bat?! Twerp! LOL. It's Batman's pet! |
