Here is my daily food journal.  I am using the Weight Watchers 123 Success program, however, in deference to Weight Watchers' right to 123 Success, I won't be publishing POINTS values for foods, nor my daily POINTS intake.  If you are interested in Weight Watchers, you can all them at 1-800-651-6000 for a meeting location near you, or visit their website at Weight Watchers International.

I am also not publishing my water or vitamin supplement intake.  Water intake is important, and we all need 6 to 8 cups of water a day.  I have a water bottle that I am using to monitor my water intake.  I am taking vitamin supplements, but as this is not a page endorsing vitamins, and as I am not a qualified dietician, I do not feel comfortable making any overall recommendations in that area.

1 scoop Spring Valley Natural Chocolate Soy Protein isolate powder
