I picked up Melody’s Love is in the Earth and my first tarot deck, the Mystic Tarot, in January of 1993 during a college internship in New Mexico.  My intuition had always spoken loudly to me as a child, and things like reincarnation were as acceptable to me as my “imaginary friends.”  It seemed the universe had predestined me to a path of spirituality, but it took me many years to formulate that path.
In 1993 I began studying macrobiotics and so alternative healing methods of herbalism and ayerveda seemed to fit right into my new philosophies and soul search.  I finished college in 1995 and headed to the healing lands of Oregon for an internship in urban farming and sustainability, where I met my first mentor, Sara Fellez.  I took a ten-week metaphysical course with Sara and discovered my first of many spiritual masters for this lifetime, Merlin, who has been my doting spirit guide ever since.  He has walked me slowly through the healing wonders of the crystal mineral world.
In December of 1996 I moved to Scotland and spent the next 12 months working on myself, clearing past lives, continuing the practice of yoga and learning the practice of meditation at a Buddhist Center, and traditional Scottish practices of Herbalism.
In April of 1998 I moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, a spiritual hotbed for centuries as the healing waters of the local hot springs provided a meeting ground for the Ute Indians.  Here I have continued my studies, met my life partner, and am infinitely inspired by the beauty of the Yampa Valley.  At first it seemed hard to raise my vibrational levels to compete with the many fault lines and energetic intensity of the area and I fell back to square one, releasing my own spirituality as if almost from a state of spiritual amnesia.  Eventually I was led to Cordelia Maasdam, a local guru of crystals, numerology, and tarot, and again found the light in the most unsuspecting corners of this tiny town.  Not yet openly metaphysical, Steamboat did not seem to nurture the eclectic until recently, so I was led to Boulder to get my Mastership in Crystology from
Karen Kuk-Nagle, one of Melody’s TAOMCHI Instructors.  The gates flooded open after that, and began mastering the ancient practices of Reiki, numerology, palmistry, and the laying-on-of-stones.  I am nowhere near the end of this enlightening path, but am finally at a comfortable place to share my experiences, techniques, and mind/body/spirit with others on this path and to those seeking health and rejuvenation.
             -Blessings!

As I would not be on this path without the help of many friends, family, and guides, I would like to extend many thanks, blessings, and love to :

My parents for not only NOT implanting any religious beliefs on my young mind, but for always encouraging independence and freedom, my two life lessons (numerology #5!).

Sara Fellez for introducing me to the greatest master I could have asked for.

Collette Gardner for my first class in Astrology.

Deborah Dickinson, RN for teaching me the compassion of a true healer and acceptor of transient beings.

Cordelia Maasdam, the eternal grandmother, for encouragement to always pursue the intuitive arts.
Karen Kuk-Nagle and Christopher Paiz for pushing me out of the spiritual nest of teaching and healing as a business.

Noreen Gugliamo for opening me to my Reiki guides and mastership.

And of course to my sweetheart
Craig Kennedy for his open heart, undying support, and unconditional love.  Without you I’d still be lost.
