Fairfield Bay, Arkansas

Fairfield Bay was the first resort developed by Fairfield Communities. Opened in 1966, the resort took advantage of the creation of Greers Ferry Lake, a pristine water wonderland with over 300 miles of shoreline. The lake, scenery and tranquillity proved sufficient to draw many new owners.

Fairfield Branson, Missouri

"America's Country Music Show Capital" also offers the tri-lakes area of Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo and Bull shoals for boating, skiing, swimming, fishing, even parasailing. Jump into White Water, the splashy water-themed park. Save big at three outlet malls. And, as always there are over 50 celebrity theaters and shows from which to choose. Fairfield Club Destin at Majestic Sun, Florida

Fairfield moves into the Florida Panhandle with a resort at Destin at Majestic Sun. Visitors will marvel at spectacular Gulf views from the private balconies included in all 68 units of the 12-story building.

Fairfield Daytona Beach, Florida

This condominium tower will be located on a stretch of pedestrian-only beachfront property that is part of a 19-story ocean walk which will include restaurants and specialty shops. Private balconies and whirlpool baths will be include in each of the 124 units. Completion is scheduled for 2001.

Fairfield Durango, Colorado

Located on a 10-acre site overlooking the city, Fairfield Durango will feature seven ski-lodge buildings that are two, three & four stories high. Now under construction, the resort will include 106 units.

Fairfield Flagstaff, Arizona

In 1991, Fairfield Communities acquired a unique 2,200-acre resort property approximately 75 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Besides being close to one of the world's greatest wonders, Fairfield Flagstaff enjoys a few natural wonders of its own.

Fairfield Fort Lauderdale/Pompano Beach, Florida

In December 1997, Fairfield Communities finalized the purchase of Vacation Break USA, a Florida-based developer of high-quality vacation ownership resorts. Vacation Break properties include four resorts in the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Pompano area and another in the Orlando area. These resorts are: Palm-Aire Resort & Spa, Royal Vista, Fort Lauderdale at Santa Barbara & Sea Gardens.

Fairfield Glade, Tennessee

In 1969, Fairfield Communities purchased its second resort property, Fairfield Glade on the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee. From its original size of 6,900 acres, it has grown to over 12,000 acres with over 340,000 property owners, 225 employees and approximately 5,000 permanent residents.

Fairfield Grand Desert at Las Vegas, Nevada

This resort will feature a 184-unit, 12-story tower with a food court and a 232-unit, 16-story tower that will include a restaurant and retail space.
