Memorial by Lodges 683 (Anahilt, Hillsborough), 703 (Spa, Ballynahinch), and 874 (Sirron, Balaris), together with the Provincial Grand Master and the Provincial Deputy Grand Master of the province of Down." The Lodge was Constituted on the 10th June 2000 by the Grand Master in Molesworth Street, Dublin.
