| Johnny Gonzales is this weeks Offensive Player of the week as named by Rochelle Hubs Football.com. #21 was a load against the previously unbeaten Maple Leafs. He carried the ball 14 times for 85 yards, he was huge on Special teams with is kicking game and on the defensive side of the ball Johnny-G had 9 tackles and 1 interception. More of the same is what we can expect this week against Sterling!! |
| Two Hub player's share the Special teams Player's of the Week as named by Rochelle Hubs Football.com. Senior Randy Nambo and Junior Jeff Ruppenthal combined to make big Special teams plays this week!!! As usual #60 finds himself here for what seems like the 20th time in a row, if you are a ball carrier returning a kick off or punt you can bet you will be leveled by Mr. Nambo. #88 finds himself nnominated for the first time here, and if you were going to break out this was the week to do it, J-Rupp made a killer tackle for a loss and recovered a fumble that lead to a Rochelle touchdown, Both of these Hubs will be ready for a visit from the Warriors of Sterling. |
| This weeks honor goes to 2 Senior's as the Defensive Player's of the Week as announced by Rochelle Hubs Football.com. Senior Tom Milroy and Senior Nick Lepperd both combined with awesome defensive efforts to lead the way to hand Geneseo it's first shutout of the season. #25 & #79 totaled 12 tackles between them Lepperd drew double and triple teams all day while Milory collected his second interception of the season! The Warriors will have to be ready for what these two Hubs will bring to the game this Saturday!! |

| This weeks Offensive Lineman of the week goes to Senior Charlie Vardman. #64's line play was exceptional against this week round one playoff game against Geneseo. Dominating line play was a big reason Rochelle controlled the clock and held the Maple Leafs to 0 points. With the second round playoffs this Saturday against Sterling watch for #64 to make some big holes and to put some Warriors on their backs!! |
| The Rochelle Hubs Football.com Defensive Lineman of the Week is defensive end Eric Paul. This week againt Geneseo #77 had the tough job of playing accross from the Leafs best lineman who outweighed Eric by a good 75 pounds. Eevn tough the chamllange was a big on E-Paul managed 5 tackle and another for a two yard loss in the Hubs upset of # 1 seed Geneseo. When the Warriors come to town Saturday be ready to hear Mr. Pauls number called a lot. |
