Kuan Yin Meditations Page 2

It is early evening and a nightingale appears, silhouetted against the sky.

Follow it as it leads the way to a bridge that connects to an island in the middle of a wide river.  As the nightingale flies over the bridge, you follow on foot, and as you step onto the bridge, become aware that it is alive and that you are walking on the curved backbone of a dragon.  The dragon twists its head out of the ater and looks at you as you cross on it's back.   This dragon knows and accepts you without judgement and gives you it's blessing as you step onto the Island of Kuan Yin.

There is a feeling of Ancient China here.  As your senses awaken to the delights of this garden, you can smell the air of alush and fragrant summer's evening.

As you move toward the centre of the island, there is an open Chinese temple.  A presence patiently waits for you, and as you walk toward the inward glade, you can see the pale, clam, luminous face of Kuan Yin.  Her hair is in a bun on her head with gold ornaments and jewels in it, that make a tinkling sound when she moves.  She is dressed in rich silk robes.
She appears small.  Loving, gentle and welcoming, she greets you by placing a hand on her heart, then holding it out for your hand.  She is thrilled to be with you.

Kuan Yin looks at your face and your body, and you feel throughout your being loving acceptance of who you are.  She is able to see your true beauty unveiled and not clouded by the earthly realm.  She begins to moved her hands around and through your body, clearing all negativity and healing any darkness or illness, and also she is filling every cell of your being with her compassion and love.

Any diseased cells cannot accept this bounty, and Kuan Yin picks them out very easily and places them in a bowl.  They might look like black lumps of coal.  As she removes them, you are able to study them from an objective point of view, and you feel your fears and self doubts also depart until they are no longer a part of you or your being.

Follow Kuan Yin as she carries the bowl to the river's edge, where the dragon awaits.  As she holds up the bowl, the dragon breathes the fire of wisdom, burning everything in the bowl quickly away.  As you watch the smoke rising to the sky and dissipating in the breeze, go within yourself and search for understanding.  Kuan Yin is there in all her compassion to help you heal yourself, she cherishes every part of you and your being.  So, be with yourself and Kuan Yin as you seek to know the changes you must make to complete this healing...

Kuan Yin now leads you to a poo.  Take off the clothes you are wearing and step into the cool, clear water.  She pours water over you from a vessel, cleansing you, and in this way you are reborn, clean and fresh.  You feel a great joy and happiness in living.  Kuan Yin shares this with you.

She gives you a gift, a token that is a protective amulet of a green colour.  She tells you to call her whenever you want.  You can invite her presence by using the token she has given you.

Spend the next few moments with Kuan Yin, continuing to receive her healing  and further suggestions she might give you at this time.
When you feel complete, follow the nightingale as she flies back over the dragon bridge.

Kuan Yin Liquid Body Meditation

I am Kuan Yin.
I ask you to bring your hands now to your belly.
Breathe deeply into your body.
Feel your entire body rippling and undulating from the cellular level.
Take the time to do this while you are in a meditative state.
Continue to breathe.
Imagine that your body becomes very very liquid
And you can feel it undulating with your breath.
Feel the vibration of light moving through your body.
This will help the body to stay more open, and the cells stay more peaceful and calm.
Thsi will help you absorb the healing energies that are available more fully ...
