-Rules of the field-
No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the field without a legal gardian in the ranks.
All participants must be approve for saftey and authenicity prior to action.
The must needs of equipment.
-Weapon and leathers-
A three band musket (examples are Enfields and Springfields). Frame style Belt and buckel, Bayonet & Scabor, Cartriage box, cap pouch, Haver sack (for food) and a canteen.
-Camping equipment-
Wool blanket or period quilt, A tin cup, poncho or ground cloth, gun cleaning kit, small fry pan or canteen half (dubbles as a plate - not cast Iron) tooth brush, knife and fork.
-Clothes-
A shell Jacket (Jean Wool), tousures (jean wool, sloch hat with hat band, Period cotton shirt, wool or cotton socks, Period correct foot and eye wear. (no plastic or polyestor).
-Extras-
Tent, Knapsack, Fatigue cap (recomended), a box (to hide the cool and any non-period stuff)and a small lantern.
-Do not need-
Pistols, Swords, Bowie Knives or anything that you can buy at Wal-Mart or like stores.
Before you go out and spend a lot of money on equipment and goods please get with a group member first, it will save you money in the long run.
