This is what we are going to make, but with a frame around it, see example here. The tube I am offering is a flower that I hand painted myself, the same terms and conditions apply to my flower also.
I wrote this tutorial step by step and with screen shots so that a beginner would be able to follow it.I hope you enjoy making this tag as much as I did. Oh, don't forget to save your work often. Ok, let's have some fun!

Things you need:
*PSP 7 or 8This tut was written using PSP 8 Click here to get a free trial version of PSP
*Eye Candy 3 pluginClick here to get a free trial version of Eye Candy 3
*Font and TubeCe La Luna font and my Hand Painted Rose tube Click here to download them both Unzip the supplies and open the font and minimize it to your task bar

STEP 1. Open a new image, 500x500 transparent Click on the Text Tool  and click anywhere on your canvas Apply these settings: Floating, Ce La Luna font, size~ 72
Use these colors Foreground/Stroke #D092A7, Background/Fill #EEC2D1
Type your text then click OK, position your text in the center of the canvas
Click on Selections>Defloat...Selections>Modify>ContractNumber of pixels~ 3
Click on Effects>Art Media Effects>Colored ChalkDetail~ 100, Opacity~ 40
Make sure the ants are still marching and go to Effects>3D Effects>Inner BevelApply these settings: 7, 8, 1, -4, 0, white, 283, 73, and 21
Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop ShadowApply these settings: Vert~ -3, Hor~ -3, Opacity~ 26, Blur~ 2.00, Color~ Black
Now you can Deselect Selections>Select None

STEP 2. Click on Selections>Select All...Selections>Float...Effects>3D Effects>Drop ShadowApply these settings: Vert~ 3, Hor~ 3, Opacity~ 26, Blur~ 2.00, Color~ Black
Deselect Selections>Select None
~~Save~~
STEP 3. Open your Rose tube Click on your tube, then go to Edit>CopyThen click on your transparent background and go to Edit>Paste>Paste As New LayerNow you can close the original tube Resize your rose tube, go to Image>ResizeApply these settings: 75%, Bicubic, Resize all layers UNCHECKED
STEP 4. On the layer palette move the Raster 2 layer (rose tube) to the bottom Layers>Arrange>Send to BottomYour layer palette should look like this
STEP 5. Go to Effects>Distortion Effects>CurlicuesApply these settings: 5, 5, symmetric checked, 93, 1, clockwise uncheckedYou can play around with these setting until you get the look you want, this is just what I used.
STEP 6. Using the Move Tool  Place rose in a position you like, I like my rose to look like it is resting on my text **Optional** you can erase part of your text to make some of the rose look like it is on top of the text To do that, follow Step 7, if not, continue on to Step 10
STEP 7. Make Raster 1 layer active on your layer palette, like this
Click on the eraser tool  Apply these settings: Shape~ Square, Size~ 4You can change the size or shape of the eraser if you need to
STEP 8. Zoom in to 300% View>Zoom>Zoom In By 5 stepsErase any part of the text where you want to see the rose, leaf, or stem, like this BEFORE
AFTER

STEP 9. Once you have finished the erasing, you can zoom back out View>Zoom>Zoom to 100%
STEP 10. Make Raster 2 layer active on your layer palette and add a drop shadow to the rose Effects>3D Effects>Drop ShadowApply these settings: Vert~ 9, Hor~ 11, Opacity~ 26, Blur~ 2, Color~ Black
STEP 11. Add a new raster layer Layers>New Raster LayerClick OK Make sure that the new Raster 3 layer is active, like this
The Foreground/Stroke color should still be #D092A7Use your Flood Fill Tool  and click on the canvas to fill it in pink

STEP 12. On the layer palette move the Raster 3 layer (dark pink background) to the bottom Layers>Arrange>Send to BottomYour layer palette should look like this
STEP 13. Merge all the layers Layers>Merge>Merge All (Flatten)
STEP 14. Crop your image Using the Crop Tool  with the left side button on your mouse, click and hold down the button while dragging the box around your image, make sure not to cut off any of the shadowing, it should look like this
Then double click in the center of the box, this will crop your image Add your watermark

STEP 15. Now we're going to add the borders, this is also optional Go to Image>Add BordersUse these settings: Pixels, Color~ #C45D9A, Symmetric checked, Size in pixels~ 3
STEP 16. Using the Magic Wand Tool  Lower the tolerance to 15, then click on the border we just added You should have ants marching around the border of your image only, like this

STEP 17. Then go to Effects>3D Effects>Outer BevelGo to the Presets pull down menu and choose Angled Here are the settings if for some reason you don't have that preset:
STEP 18. Deselect Selections>Select NoneAdd another border only changing these two settings: Color~ #8A3253 and Size in pixels~ 6Get the Magic wand again and click on that border
~~Save~~
STEP 19. Now we'll add an Inner Bevel Effects>3D Effects>Inner BevelUse these settings: 19, 17, 13, 0, 44, white, 45, 30, 64
STEP 20. Now we'll add the glass preset from Eye Candy Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 3>GlassUse these settings: 8, Button, 26, 17, 19, 12, white, 77, 57, 134, 58
STEP 21. Deselect Selections>Select NoneResize the image (if nesessary): Image>Resize 85%Sharpen your image after you resize it Adjust>Sharpness>SharpenSave as a JPEG file File>Save AsName your tag and save as a .jpg file
Viola, and there you have your Curlicue Flower name tag, don't you love it! Thank you for trying my tutorial! Here is another example
