Diet can also help joints, liquid lecithin for joint lubrication, and silicates for the ligaments, between the muscle and joint. Silicates are in bamboo shoots, okra, and oatstraw tea.

Stretching, and circular use of each joint, will also relieve stress, and poor alignment.

For remedial action, massage the area to the bone, with strong fingers, or a piece of polished Jade, quartz, or wood.

Some analgesics, such as tiger balm, zengushu, or the stronger white flower, will penetrate deep, to restore circulation, and relieve pain.

For those skilled: slight traction, for the popping effect of re-alignment, as in chiropractry.
