Exercise can lower blood cholesterol, such as Tai Chi, Chi Kung, and moderately strenuous exercise over 40 minutes; allowing a greater throughput of blood. Foods low in cholesterol include vegetable oil, fish oil, poultry without the skin, nuts, whole grain breads, geletin, unprocessed cereals, fruits, lean meats, peanut butter and all vegetables. A diet that will reduce cholesterol includes soy products and egg yolks.
