The last scene with them together when she got shot, is my favorite show, and when he calles her Kelly, " sweet heart" my heart melts..Kayleen

Mine just happened last Thursday when Kelly is laying there bleeding and Kevin is holding her wound, they try to calm her and pretend nothing is major wrong.
The way he called her " sweet heart"  and when she asked him to hold her hand and told him she felt much better, when he did........they all add up to my favorite K/K moment....Melissa

When she woke up in the hospital room and looked up at Kevin, i just loved that scene....Jaime

Fave kiss--those kisses on New Year's eve?!! OMG wow! But I have to say my fave kiss was the kiss after kelly admited to Kevin that she wished that rendevous note was from him!! That was a pure sensual and HOT HOT HOT! He just grabbed that woman and they couldn't resist!! Kayleen

They have all been so much fun to watch.  And I think the best moments are yet to come.  But to pick one from the past I would have to say the one on New Year's Eve.  That hooked me on these two.  I new they would be together eventually....Donna

My favorite moment with Kevin and Kelly is one of their scenes in the hospital when Kevin said to Kelly "I know i wouldn't be okay, i wouldn't be okay if i didn't have you" "I Love You" and then Kelly responded with "I Love You Too"  it was very sweet and heartwarming!  Michelle
