| A Review From Me: If you want to know about James Dean and Pier Angelli's relationship, this is the movie to watch. This is based mostly upon that and nothing else. Comments From Me: I can't say too much about this movie...I didn't like it too much. I think they portray Jimmy completely wrong. They make him out to be a jerk and most of the things in this film were not correct. For one thing, Jimmy got along with Elia Kazan (the director of East of Eden) and in this he did not. Casper Van Dien was not the best actor they could have chosen, and they based this movie too much on Pier Angelli and not Jimmy's life. Also, not to give it away for anybody who is going to see this but the ending is horrible and very, very emotional for any James Dean fan. It left me crying for hours! But this is a must-see for fans just because everybody talks about it. You either like it or hate it.
