| At some point around mid-2003, I decided to have a website. I just thought 'Everyone else seems to have one, why don't I?' So I just went for the only free hosting provider I knew at the time: GeoCities! So, because I didn't know what it was going to be about I called it jamesehomepage; my (James's) home page! So my website was born. I decided after a few days to have it about some of the things I am interested in; Star Wars, The Simpsons and the Special Air Service (SAS) But after awhile I got bored and decided to phase out The Simpsons and the SAS. I gave it a new framed and Star Wars related look (the old one being a whole page with a gold background), a new name (Jamesehomepage: Star Wars FanSite) and put all the links to anywhere in my site on that page. It was chaotic. All my links were crammed into one page and it just didn't work. I decided to radically change the layout. I decided to adopt a cool layout I saw on another site. And to mark the occassion I gave it an un-URL related name: Coruscant. I realised I needed to keep people coming to (and back to) my site. So I decided to put on games, free e-mail and get a toolbar. I submitted my site to loads more search engines and my was traffic soaring! So now I come to the present day. I hope you enjoyed my rambalings. Bye!
