In the beginning of February, I thought that I needed a break from the subzero temperatures of Helsinki. So I booked a trip to Italy. Unfortunately, the base of the former Roman Empire was not much warmer than southern Finland at this time of the year, but it was enjoyable nevertheless.
Italy is an astounding country, full of breathtaking architecture, fascinating history, beautiful and friendly people, delicious food and wine, and photo opportunities that never stop.
