Our New Year's Dinner We are Cooking up something very special for the holidays
Here is our New Year's Dinner for 2002 & 2001.

Meats: Roast
Vegtables: Black Eyed Peas & 4 Bean Soup
Mediterranean Style Roasted Vegtables
Cornbread
Mixed Salad
Cucumbers & Onions in Craigs Vinegar Sauce
Dessert: Yule Log

Our table was set with our family tablecloth heirloom, Grandma Davenport's victorian lace beige tablecloth. A burgandy cloth was placed under the lace tablecloth. Our dinnerware was white edged with silver pine cones with gold on the edge. We had gold utensils, glasses edged in gold and linen star napkins in gold napkin holders.
The perfect table to celebrate the new year in elegance!
